Pennington, Antionette "Toni" (Nee, Barone) - 77 of Linwood, NJ. Born 10-22-39 in Wilm. DE. Happily went to be with the Lord on 6-20-17. She graduated from Kennett High School. Toni worked as a CFO for "The Concord Group" owner George Snyder (Cheryl) and Pierce Crompton (Judy). She devoted much of her time to St. Matthew's and St. Catherine's Catholic Church. She enjoyed her retirement in Southern New Jersey. Toni loved God, her family and friends, sports, and playing cards. She was predeceased by her parents Anthony J. and Marie E. Barone; sister Carmella and brother-in-law Michael Annone; brother Maj. Cosmo Barone; and best friend Barry Gassen. She is survived by her son, Lawrence Pennington, his wife, Diane; daughter Elaine Murphy (nee Pennington); and 9 grandchildren: Kyle (Lauren), Brian (Shannon), Alex, Andrew, MacKenzie, and Josh Pennington, Rachel, Chelsea, and TJ Murphy, 4 great-grandchildren: Christian, Julian, Luna and Tristan, sister-in-law Bobbie Barone, cousins; Eddie Leo and Anita Gillis, friend; Doug Gross and many nieces, nephews and friends. Mass of Christian burial and visitation will be held on Wed. July 5, 2017, at St. Catherine of Siena, Wilm. De. Visitation is from 11:00am-1:00pm in the Church. Mass will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery –480 N. Union St. Kennett, Pa. In lieu of flowers Toni requests that donations be made to "The Catherine Fund" c/o St Catherine of Siena Church 2503 Centerville Rd. Wilm., De. 19808
